Prepared and paid for by the Illinois Democratic County Chairmen’s Association, P.O. Box 3445, Springfield, IL 62708-3445 Federal law requires political committees to use their best efforts to report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in an election cycle. Contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes. A copy of our report is available for purchase from the Illinois State board of Elections and the Federal Election Commission
