Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Paid for by Aguilar Leadership Fund, a joint fundraising committee authorized by Pete Aguilar for Congress, CA LUV PAC (California Leadership United for Victory PAC), and DCCC.
Contributions or gifts to Aguilar Leadership Fund are not tax deductible.
Contributions to Aguilar Leadership Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $3,300/$5,000 of each contribution from an individual/multicandidate PAC will be allocated to Pete Aguilar for Congress for use in the primary election. The next $5,000/$5,000 per calendar year of each contribution from an individual/multicandidate PAC will be allocated to CA LUV PAC (California Leadership United for Victory PAC). The next $3,300/$5,000 of each contribution from an individual/multicandidate PAC will be allocated to Pete Aguilar for Congress for use in the general election. The next $41,300/$15,000 per calendar year of each contribution from an individual/multicandidate PAC will be allocated to DCCC’s general fund. The next $247,800/$90,000 per calendar year of each contribution from an individual or multicandidate PAC will be allocated to DCCC’s recount and/or building fund(s), at DCCC’s sole discretion.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting sara@abconsultingdc.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
