I BUILT SAAVETX EDUCATION FUND BECAUSE I BELIEVED OUR COMMUNITY DESERVED A SEAT AT THE TABLE.
Nearly 10 years ago, I had a vision: to build the civic infrastructure our South Asian community needed to participate fully in the future of Texas.
Today, I am incredibly proud of what we have built together with our South Asian Community. We have registered thousands of voters, held town halls and educational programs, mobilized voters, and built a community of informed and engaged South Asian Texans.
But our work goes much deeper.
We are addressing the issues our community faces firsthand — hate crimes, immigration concerns, protecting access to the polls, language access for our seniors, and Know Your Rights education. We are building the programs, partnerships, and leadership pipelines our community needs to navigate these challenges and participate fully in civic life.
We have built a seat at the table when South Asians did not have one. Now we are making sure Texas knows that we belong here. This is our home.
And we are not simply building for today. We are building the infrastructure for civic engagement, creating leadership pipelines, and preparing the next generation of South Asian leaders and elected officials across Texas.
Your tax-deductible donation to the SAAVETX Education Fund helps make this work possible — from voter and civic education to leadership development, community forums, Know Your Rights programs, and trusted resources for South Asian Texans.
I founded SAAVETX because I believed our community could build something lasting. We are building a community that is informed, engaged, represented, and ready to lead.
We are committed to making Texas a world-class state — one where every community belongs, every voice matters, and South Asian Texans are part of the future.
Join me in building that future.
