Change for the People is building a national movement to mobilize underrepresented groups across the country.
Every year marginalized residents are being left out of the political process. Only 48% of voters with an income of $25,000 or less voted in the 2024 presidential election. Low income residents make up 14% of the voting electorate. The biggest decline in voter participation in all six presidential swing states was in low income Hispanic and black communities.
We are working to engage, inspire disenfranchised communities to become politically active.
