Join Friends of John Taylor Chapman in celebrating Councilman John Taylor Chapman's 41st birthday! Join us on Sunday afternoon, July 24th at Charles Houston Recreation Center in celebration of the birthday boy. We will have a catered BBQ by Dyvine BBQ in Motion (owned by Dumfries Mayor Derrick Wood), games for both adults and kids!
