Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
Contributions and or gifts to the Charles County Democratic Central Committee are not tax deductible.
To comply with Federal Law, we must use best efforts to obtain, maintain, and submit the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions that exceed $200.00 in a calendar year. Your contributions will be used in connection with federal elections and is subject to the limitations and prohibitions of the Federal Election Campaign Act.
