Having actively served San Mateo in various capacities for several years, Charles is committed to improving infrastructure, providing affordable housing and childcare, enhancing public safety, and addressing historical inequities. Living in District 2 with his wife and son, he is deeply invested in the community's future and its rich historical significance.
