Texas Supreme Court Justices Jimmy Blacklock, John Devine, and Jane Bland told a pregnant mother of two that she wasn't close enough to losing her life or fertility to qualify for a medical exception to receive an abortion in Texas. The woman's doctor assessed otherwise. These justices are playing politics with women's lives. They're up for re-election in November--they "f*cked around, and now they're going to find out."
