Equal Justice for a Safer San Francisco

Chesa Boudin, son of incarcerated parents, is running for San Francisco District Attorney to reform the criminal justice system.

As a San Francisco Public Defender, Chesa has led efforts to protect immigrants and end money bail. He is endorsed by civil rights leader Angela Davis, the Real Justice PAC, and many more.

Contribution rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
  4. I am not an owner, director, officer, or named sub-contractor of any entity that is currently negotiating a contract with [select appropriate: City and County of San Francisco, name of a City department, or the San Francisco Unified School District, the San Francisco Community College District, or board of a state agency that has a member who is appointed by a City elective officer], or of any entity that received such a contract within the last six months.
  5. I am not a contact or expenditure lobbyist in the City of San Francisco.
  6. This contribution is not from a corporation.
This contribution is not from a corporation, corporate PAC, employee or owner of a bail bond company. I am not a current employee of the Office of the District Attorney in San Francisco. No contributions over $500, except that maxed-out donors can give an additional $100 post-election. Contributions from an individual and an organization(s) they direct and control must be aggregated and are subject to a single $500 limit. I understand that cash contributions must be less than $100, including cashier’s checks, travelers checks and money orders, and that it is illegal to make a $100 contribution and return change.
