OUR MISSION
The Chester County Democratic Women’s Leadership Initiative was formed to bring the issues that concern women and working families to the forefront of the political process. In order to encourage more women to run for public office and to elect Democrats, regardless of gender, the CCDWLI will hold events throughout the year to increase awareness, raise funds and strengthen our voices.

OUR GOALS

• Develop network of Democrats in all phases of political life.
• Recruit and develop Democratic leaders/candidates.
• Provide financial support for Democratic candidates running for office.
• Form alliances with key stakeholders, local leaders, and organized labor
• Raise awareness for the issues and organizations that protect the interests of women and working families.
• Encourage young women to participate in political activity
