CHEVONNE wants to serve ALL students, ALL educators, ALL schools, and have the difficult discussions to make our district financially healthy again.

CHEVONNE LORIGO-JOHST (candidate for PFISD School Board, Place 7) supports public education as a constitutional right and does not believe in prematurely shutting down schools or eliminating critical programs. CHEVONNE is a mother of five PFISD students and a business owner who:

• has over a decade of experience in public education as a parent, PTA leader, & committee member
• is an advocate for equity & inclusion
• believes all children deserve a free appropriate public education in the least restrictive environment
• believes in investing in our schools & our students not only where there is growth, but in all schools
• wants to explore other revenue streams, marketing, & programs to remind our community that phenomenal education is right here in OUR neighborhood
• supports & advocates for legislative change to properly fund public education, compensate educators & staff appropriately, & support our retired educators with cost of living adjustments that should be automatic, not fought for with new bills every few years

We need transparency, accountability, collaboration, and to put children PFIRST! The time for change is NOW.
