- Inclusion and belonging: We are committed to continually build toward a culture of inclusion and belonging for all Latinxs. This includes but is not limited to Latinx of all races, sexes, classes, immigration statuses, educational experiences, sexualities, faith, and abilities.
- Accountability: We are committed to engage in accountability that recognizes our intrinsic worth, recognizes our material and immaterial conditions, and promotes our individual and collective growth.
- Honor Our Stories: We aim to uplift and center the stories of communities in resistance. We believe it is crucial that our communities have autonomy and control of our stories.
- Collaboration: We value transformational collaboration that goes beyond a single issue, campaign, or transaction and honors shared space, ideas, capacities, and commitment for the liberation of the whole.
- Integrity: We remain uncompromising, consistent, and clear with our values even when it’s difficult or inconvenient
- Solidarity: We believe that the only wait to achieve collective liberation is by supporting and honoring all of our unique and interconnected struggles.
- Change: We recognize that social, cultural, and political transformative change is an ongoing, multigenerational struggle influenced by a multitude of truths, experiences, and strategies.
