We know that whether it’s attacks on immigrants or cuts to critical programs and services from Medicaid to housing to nutrition to Social Security, Congress and the incoming administration are preparing an agenda that hurts the most vulnerable among us while handing massive tax breaks to the rich and corporations.
The extension of the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act―which expires this year―would continue to put the interests of the wealthy and corporations over critical programs that would help children and the poor.
