Contribution rules

  1. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  2. I am at least eighteen years old.
  3. I am not a federal contractor.
  4. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  5. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions or gifts to Chris Pappas Victory Fund are not tax-deductible. Contributions to Chris Pappas Victory Fund will be allocated as follows: The first $7,000 of each contribution from a person and the first $10,000 from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Chris Pappas for Senate. The first $3,500 of a person’s contribution and the first $5,000 of a PAC’s contribution will be designated for the primary election; the next $3,500/$5,000 will be designated for the general election. The next $10,000 of each contribution from a person and the next $5,000 from a PAC will be allocated to New Hampshire Democratic Party. The next $10,000 of each contribution from a person and the next $5,000 from a PAC will be allocated to the New Hampshire Democratic Party’s non-federal account. The next $5,000 of each contribution from a person and the next $5,000 from a PAC will be allocated to Putting New Hampshire First. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting pappas@mbacg.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant. Contributions will be used in connection with federal elections and, to the extent of funds allocated to the New Hampshire Democratic Party’s non-federal account, non-federal elections. Chris Pappas Victory Fund does not solicit any contributions that are impermissible under federal law. Rep. Pappas is only asking for donations to the New Hampshire Democratic Party’s non-federal account in amounts up to $10,000 from individuals and $5,000 from multicandidate committees under the Federal Election Campaign Act. He is not soliciting donations in any amount from corporations, labor organizations, foreign nationals, federal contractors, national banks, or corporations chartered by Congress.
