Chris for RTD

Hi, I'm Chris Nicholson. I'm running for RTD because I rely on our transit system and I know it can be far better.

Denver Metro residents right now spend over a billion dollars a year on transit, but only about 6% of us use RTD to commute. Even people who want to use the bus often don't feel safe doing so.

That's unacceptable.

I've spent my life fighting for change: building technology to help elect progressive municipal and state leaders and working with immigrant entrepreneurs to navigate a nightmarish immigration system.

With the right leadership we can solve the many small problems that added up to create one large problem: despite running a ton of buses and trains, Denver Metro residents don't trust RTD.

But we can get that trust back.
