Also, because of the makeup of my district (<3 HD89!), I did not have a general election opponent in 2024 and I do not expect one in 2026. This means that nearly every dollar I raise gets pooled to help other candidates- first time candidates, candidates with totally untrue attack ads being run against them, candidates who need a startup boost to get the attention of voters, & candidates whose districts include 3+ counties!
