In my first term on the Des Moines City Council, I’ve been leading efforts to take strong action on climate change, make affordable housing more accessible, make our transportation system work better for pedestrians, bikes and public transit, and legalize marijuana. We have taken important steps to create a better life for everyone who wants to be part of and help build the Des Moines community.

But there is more work to do, and I can’t do it alone. Chip in now, so that together, we can lead on climate change, expand affordable housing opportunities, and create greater opportunities for everyone in our community.
