I am a husband, father, and community leader who has dedicated my life to serving others. For many years, I've worked side by side with neighbors, local organizations, and the faith community to advance social justice, improve people’s lives, and build a better, more compassionate world.


In 2024, I was elected as Democratic Committeeperson for Chicago’s 45th ward, an unpaid, public service role focused on sustaining our democracy and supporting Democratic candidates at every level.


In October 2025 I was indicted on federal charges after exercising my First Amendment rights protesting at the ICE Facility in Broadview, IL. I am pleading not guilty. The legal fees that I will incur to defend myself will be substantial, and I need your help to get through this very difficult time for me and my family.
