Citizenship Class / Clase de Ciudadanía
CARECEN’s Citizenship Classes first launched in 2009, were developed as a response to the community’s growing number of residents who were ready to take the next step in their naturalization process. The classes have remained a critical component of our holistic service model by our dedicated Citizenship & Family-Based Immigration team.
For nearly 15 years, CARECEN has provided free citizenship classes to students in the greater Los Angeles area. Our team has held classes on-site at CARECEN, at Los Angeles Public Library branches, and online as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic. While times and presidential administrations have changed, CARECEN’s unwavering commitment to generating new naturalized Americans remains everlasting

Las Clases de ciudadanía de CARECEN, lanzadas por primera vez en 2009, se desarrollaron como respuesta al creciente número de residentes de la comunidad que estaban listos para dar el siguiente paso en su proceso de naturalización. Las clases se han mantenido como un componente crítico de nuestro modelo de servicio por parte de nuestro equipo.
Durante casi 15 años, CARECEN ha brindado clases gratuitas de ciudadanía a estudiantes en el área metropolitana de Los Ángeles. Nuestro equipo ha impartido clases presenciales en CARECEN, en las sucursales de la Biblioteca Pública de Los Ángeles y en línea como respuesta a la pandemia de COVID-19. Si bien los tiempos y las administraciones presidenciales han cambiado, el compromiso inquebrantable de CARECEN de generar nuevos estadounidenses naturalizados sigue siendo eterno.
