Civic Health Alliance

Civic Health Alliance- Helping to Lead a Movement for Improved Health!

About Civic Health Alliance.

Civic Health Alliance (CHA) is a nonpartisan, physician-founded nonprofit working to advance America's health through civic engagement. We believe that voting and civic participation are health interventions, and we work with health professionals, community members, and partner organizations to make that vision real in care settings and communities across the country.

Your generosity has made our work possible.

Donations from supporters like you have helped CHA launch and sustain programs that have reached thousands of people, including:

  • Student ambassador programs that train and activate the next generation of health and civic leaders
  • The RxVote Campaign, mobilizing health professionals and the communities they serve to vote
  • The #TraineesVote, engaging medical trainees in civic health education
  • The Civic Health Compact, a shared set of commitments uniting health professionals around civic engagement
  • The 1,000 Caring Voices Campaign, recruiting and supporting a national network of Champions leading local civic engagement activities ahead of the 2026 midterm elections

Every dollar matters.

Civic Health Alliance is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We are strictly nonpartisan and do not support or oppose any candidate or political party. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps us keep this work going.

If you are able to make a gift today, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. And if a donation isn't possible right now, we are equally grateful for your support of our mission. There are many ways to be part of this movement, and we are glad you are here.
