We are working to hold prosecutors accountable across the country. With power to determined who is charged and who is not and influence over everything from bail to sentencing, Locally elected prosecutors are the most powerful people in the criminal justice system. We've built the first ever national prosecutor directory and organizing platform to help educate and organize our communities for prosecutor accountability. In campaigns for systemic reform, ColorOfChange has been provides the digital tools and strategies to amplify the efforts of organizers on the ground. We are forcing prosecutors to hold police accountable for violence against Black people and pushing them to make the systemic changes to reverse over-incarceration.
