Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to Clark Crow Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
Contributions will be split evenly between Jason Crow for Congress and Fair Shot PAC.
For contributions to Jason Crow for Congress, the first $3,500/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate PAC will be designated for the primary election. The next $3,500/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate PAC will be designated for the general election, unless the primary election has already occurred, in which case the contribution will be considered designated only to the general election.
Any contributor may designate their contribution to a particular participant by contacting clark@capcompliance.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
