Donate to Cleaver Missouri Victory Fund

We are honored to announce a joint fundraiser and reception with Congressman Emanual Cleaver II and the Missouri Democratic Party in Washington DC on April 27, 2022. We are immensely grateful for the support you have given us over the years, and we want to personally invite you to this private event.


Contributions and gifts to Cleaver Missouri Victory Fund are not tax deductible. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, and occupation and name of employer of all individuals who contribute more than $200 in a calendar year.

Contribution rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
  4. I am not a federal contractor.
  5. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Cleaver Missouri Victory Fund will be allocated as follows: Contributions will be split evenly between Cleaver for Congress and Missouri Democratic State Committee (Federal). For contributions made on or before the Missouri primary election, the first $2,900/$5,000 for each candidate from a person’s/multicandidate committee’s contribution to Cleaver for Congress will be considered designated to the primary election; the second $2,900/$5,000 will be considered designated to the general election. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
