Becca Balint is running for Vermont's only Congressional seat. Becca is a progressive state legislator and president of the state senate. As Rep. Ro Khanna put it in endorsing her, "the progressive movement needs allies in Congress."
And she’s a climate hawk; in the state legislature, she worked with the co-chairs of the Climate Solutions Caucus to pass the Global Warming Solutions Act. Her website promises support for a Green New Deal.
Becca has been endorsed by Sen. Bernie Sanders. And more than 85 percent of our in-state Climate Hawks told us to endorse Becca.
