Climate Hawks for Hall, McGuire & Villegas
When California passed Proposition 50 last fall creating five new Democratic-leaning seats, we all knew that it was only the first act of a two-act play. The second, and more important, half is to actually elect climate hawks. That's why Climate Hawks Vote has endorsed three Democrats in competitive primaries emerging from Proposition 50’s new maps.

Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
An individual may contribute up to $14,000 and a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) may contribute up to $20,000 to Mike McGuire for Congress. The first $3,500 of a person’s contribution and the first $5,000 of a PAC’s contribution will be designated for the special general election and the next $3,500/$5,000 will be designated for the primary election. The next $3,500/$5,000 will be designated for the general election and the final $3,500/$5,000 will be designated for the special runoff election.
Federal law also requires us to collect and report the name, mailing address, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per election cycle.
Contributions or gifts to "Mike McGuire for Congress" are not tax-deductible for income tax purposes. Only personal, partnerships, and political action committee checks please, we are unable to accept any corporate funds.
