Climate Hawks for Roy Cooper
Thom Tillis’ retirement announcement opened up a Senate seat in the extremely swingy state of North Carolina. Democrats have to win North Carolina to stop Trump's radical, climate denying administration.
Roy Cooper has never lost a statewide race in North Carolina. He’s been in public service for 30 years, serving in the legislature, as Attorney General (four terms), and as governor, often winning when Republicans won most other races in North Carolina. In short, he is battle-tested. He is who we need to run, and WIN, in a swingy, tough-but-winnable, all-on-the-line race. And, when we polled them the vast majority of North Carolina climate hawks told us “Oh hell yes, endorse Cooper now!”
