Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to Coast to Coast Senate Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $10,500/$15,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate PAC will be split evenly between Troy Jackson for Maine, Alaskans for Mary, and Juliana for Illinois (each a “candidate”). The first $3,500/$5,000 of a person's/multicandidate committee's contribution to each candidate will be designated to the general election. Any of these funds that would result in an excessive contribution for Troy Jackson for Maine will be allocated to the Maine Democratic Party. Any of these funds that would result in an excessive contribution to Alaskans for Mary will be allocated to the Alaska Democratic Party - Federal. Any of these funds that would result in an excessive contribution to Juliana for Illinois will be allocated to the Democratic Party of Illinois. The next $30,000/$15,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate PAC will be split evenly between the Maine Democratic Party, the Alaska Democratic Party - Federal, and the Democratic Party of Illinois.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting troyjackson@acuitypolitics.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
