When the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, anti-abortion advocates launched a wave of coordinated attacks on pregnant people across the nation, pushing for legislation that criminalizes our loved ones, making it virtually impossible for them to access life-saving healthcare safely and humanely.
That’s why Color Of Change has been working hard to push District and State Attorneys, who can choose whether or not to charge a person with a crime, to use their power to keep law enforcement out of one of the most personal decisions a Black family can make.
