LeadMO Action

Support the Staff Cohort program today!

The Staff Cohort program is one of LeadMO and LeadMO Action's flagship programs. This campaign training runs three times per election cycle; once in even years and twice in odd numbered years. The Staff Cohort equips people with the tools and network needed to build a career in Missouri politics/non-profit advocacy space, and it connects them with career opportunities to do good.

The staff cohort is free to participants but it costs money to operate. Your donation helps us ensure access for as many aspiring do-gooders as possible to top notch training, networking and tools.

  • Donations of all sizes are appreciated.
  • Sponsorship levels begin at $1,000. Contact a staff member if you have questions!
