Donate to Colgay Pride
Each year, Colgay Pride, a project of the Debra Smith Wellness Center, a 501(c)3 organization, organizes several exciting events and activities for and by the LGBT community and allies in the Greater Columbus, Georgia area, straddling between West Georgia and East Alabama. In addition, the Debra Smith Wellness Center also provides care for HIV-positive people as well as and prevention services for HIV-negative people in this same area.
Every Service Colgay Pride provides is absolutely FREE of Charge. There are NO paid employees of Colgay Pride, so your donations go only to help execute our programs and their annual rising costs. Support Groups, Town Halls, Advocacy, Pride Festivals, Block Parties and Entertainment are all paid through your generous donations and please remember every donation is deductible.
The cost of holding these events and providing these educational services increases each year as we serve more people, advertise our services to a broader area of the South, bridge intersectional divides within the LGBT demographic and stand up for our rights. To do this important work for years to come, we need a solid base of community, individual and partner support.
