- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
Contributions are subject to all applicable Kentucky law and regulations of the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance. The contribution maximum is $2,000 per person per candidate per election. Corporate donations are not permitted.
