Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. Contributions or gifts to Colom Victory Fund are not tax deductible.
Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to Colom Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $3,500 of a contribution from a person and the first $5,000 of a contribution from a multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to Scott Colom for Senate and will be designated for the general election. Any remaining funds up to $10,000 from a person and $5,000 from a multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to the Mississippi Democratic Party.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting jay@bluewavepolitics.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
