Initiative #89 seeks to add a constitutional right to an abortion in Colorado regardless of health insurance plan.
Even in a state like ours, barriers to care exist, and not every Coloradan has the freedom to access abortion care that they should. This ballot measure will be critical to removing those barriers so that the right to abortion in Colorado isn’t conditioned on who happens to be paying for your health insurance coverage.
We need your help to continue our momentum towards a more equitable healthcare system in Colorado, ensuring abortion access for everyone!

- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am a United States citizen.
CFPRF is a Colorado issue committee, formed under Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code. A contribution made to CFPRF is not tax deductible and will be publicly reported as required by law. Non-citizens, foreign corporations, and foreign governments cannot contribute to CFPRF.
