Donate to Colorado Communities First

Colorado Communities First was established in response to Amendment 81, a statewide ballot measure concerning cooperation between state and local law enforcement and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).


Under Amendment 81, state and local law enforcement would be required to notify ICE when individuals are charged with certain crimes, before a court has determined guilt or innocence.


The campaign is led by CIRC, ACLU of Colorado, and Together Colorado.
