Hello my fellow progressive, activists, organizers, and voters. I am currently running for schoolboard at large in my home town of Augusta Maine. I have lived in the Augusta community my whole life and feel that I now have an opertunity to give back to the community that would shape who I am today.
Our school system here In Augusta is going through some big changes. We are consolidating an elementary school, building new much needed infrastructure and navigating our ever changing student base.
If elected my goals as the Augusta at large seat are to ensure transportation needs for students are fulfilled. As well as addressing the staffing shortages we are currently facing in our school systems.
