Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Donations to Ana Irma Rivera Lassén's campaign are voluntary and subject to applicable laws and regulations in Puerto Rico. According to current legislation, only donations from individuals over 18 years of age and citizens of the United States or permanent residents of Puerto Rico will be accepted. Donations from corporations, unions, non-profit organizations, foreigners, or government entities are prohibited. Personal donations are limited to a maximum of $3,300.00 annually per person in accordance with current laws and regulations.
Political donations are subject to contribution limit restrictions established by the Puerto Rico State Elections Commission or other applicable regulatory entities. Donor names and donated amounts may be publicly disclosed as required by Puerto Rico's disclosure laws.
It is important to note that donations to Ana Irma Rivera Lassén's campaign do not guarantee access to government contracts, special favors, government appointments, or any other type of benefits. Donations will be used to finance campaign expenses, including advertising, events, professional services, and other legal and operational campaign expenses.
