Contribution rules
- I am not doing business with any Ohio State Elected Official.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- If I am an employee of the Ohio public office for which the recipient of my contribution is a candidate, I certify that this contribution is voluntary and unsolicited.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
Donors must follow Ohio law, specifically O.R.C. 3517.092, which prohibits county employees, employees of organizations with boards appointed by the County Executive, or board members appointed by the County Executive from contributing to this campaign. Any contributions from these donors will be refunded by the campaign.
