- Integrity - collect property taxes fairly and ensure taxpayers’ funds are used honestly
- Accountability - budget and allocate county funds to benefit Floyd County taxpayers
- Efficiency - operate Treasurer’s office efficiently to provide excellent customer service
- Reliability - deliver accurate & timely financial information for County Council & Commissioners
- Knowledge - provide in-depth knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Practices tax laws and reporting requirements
