Currently, Kentucky's 2nd Congressional district is held by the chairman of the Energy and Commerce Committee. He is tasked with cutting $880 billion from Medicaid. This would devastate so many Americans, it would hurt our rural hospitals, and cause so many to go without the healthcare they truly need.
