Tuesday, March 4th - Thursday, March 6th


Conference Fee: $999

Includes all meals & snacks, speaker engagements, briefings, transportation in DC (excluding airport transfers), merch, and more!


For flight planning, please note tentative schedule below:

Tues., March 4th

3pm - 5pm: Check-in for all attendees

5pm: Programming begins, which will include dinner and briefings


Wed., March 5th

8am: Breakfast briefings, followed by congressional office visits in small groups

5pm: Cocktail Reception

6:30pm: Dinner with guest speakers


Thurs., March 6th

8am: Breakfast on Capitol Hill with House Members

10am - 12pm: Visits to congressional offices

12pm: Lunch on Capitol Hill with Senators

2pm: Conference concludes


HOTEL BLOCK AT ROYAL SONESTA ON CAPITOL HILL: Please note that rooms with the JAC rate are limited. The price for the room is $379/night. Rooms can accommodate up to 4 people.
