- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
Contributions are not tax deductible and support both the contribution and non-contribution accounts of Congress Majority PAC (FEC #C00890889). The first $10,000 contributed per person will be split equally between the contribution and non-contribution accounts, additional amounts over $10,000 benefit the non-contribution account. Only US citizens or legal permanent residents may contribute. Contributions to Congress Majority PAC's contribution account are limited to $5,000 per eligible contributor per year. Spouses may give a joint contribution of up to $5,000 per spouse per year. Contributions to Congress Majority PAC's non-contribution account are not limited.
