Scott Cooper

Scott Cooper grew up in a working-class home, where his parents taught him to value family, to work hard, and to serve your community.

Embracing these values, Scott Cooper went on to serve for 20 years in the Marine Corps after graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy. In 1997, the Marine Corps sent him to North Carolina where he put down roots, raised his two daughters, and deployed eight times, including five tours in Iraq and two in Afghanistan.

Now Scott's running for Congress because Washington is more divided than ever, and we need leaders focused on fighting for North Carolina families.
