Campaign 101 includes:
- Basic information about running for state or local offices
- Insight into the time, resources, and external support needed to run a successful campaign
- Practical advice to start preparing yourself to run for office
- Time to ask questions from experienced campaigners and connect with others considering running for office
Advanced Field Organizing: 1PM - 4PM CT
Our advanced courses help provide future candidates with a sound foundation for successful races for state and local offices. Each course focuses on a specific campaign topic, with hands-on practice and expert feedback, so you can leave the course with practical experience.
At our Field course, you'll learn:
- Learn different methods for contacting voters
- Volunteer recruitment and management
- Common tools used in Texas
- Practice block walking conversations
