Dubuque County Convention 2018

Regular Registration: 9am - 10am

Late-arriving Registration: 10am - 11am

Call to order: 10am

  • Delegates are strongly encouraged to arrive prior to 10am.

Convention Suggested Donation: $30.00 for cash, check, and online payments (includes lunch).

  • Delegates may prepay the $30.00 suggested donation by purchasing a ticket no later than 12:00pm Friday, 23 March, 2018. The ticket amount includes lunch.
  • Lunch consists of a Box lunch and an 8oz bottle of water. Half of the boxes will be turkey and half will be ham.
  • If you want a Vegetarian meal, please contact Walt Pregler at (563) 583-5855 or w.pregler@mchsi.com by noon Friday, 23 March. Your box will be labeled with your names.
  • Coffee will also be available. Soda pop is available for purchase from the vending machines.
  • Checks should be made payable to Dubuque County Democrats and mailed to:

Donations are always appreciated from any Democrat at any time. However, no Delegate's right to vote shall be denied for inability to do so. There is no suggested donation for Guests and/or Youth Delegates, but they are asked at registration to pay $8 for lunch. 

Any person who feels they cannot afford the $30 donation can have it reduced or waived by contacting Sue Wilson in advance of the convention at (563) 582-7366 or wilsonsue@mchsi.com by noon Friday, 23 March. Your privacy on this matter will be respected. If you wish to pay in advance of the convention, please do so on this page by noon Friday, 23 March.

Accessibility: The convention hall, rest rooms, and food service will be accessible on the ground level. Handicap parking stalls will be available near the conference center entrance.
