Contribution rules
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
Contributions are not tax deductible. Contributions are limited to $10,000 per contributor per election cycle. Spouses may give a joint contribution of up to $10,000 per spouse per cycle. Only US citizens or legal permanent residents may contribute. All contributions, in any amount, will be fully disclosed. All contributions support Courtney Hall for City Council 2024 FPPC #1471649.
Courtney Hall for City Council 2024 follows California Government Code Section 84308, which means that we cannot accept more than $250 in total contributions from a party, participant, or agent of a party or participant involved in any proceeding about a license, permit, or other entitlement for use that is pending before the City of El Cajon. This limit also applies for 12 months after the final decision is made.
