Hire Me, ActBlue!
To whom it may concern,
My name is Danny O'Leary and it is with great excitement and tremendous... just kidding, this won't read like every other cover letter because it's not really a cover letter, but a way to demonstrate why I think I would be a great fit for the team at ActBlue.
Why? Because in my last job as the Campaign Manager for New Hampshire State Senator Tom Sherman, I witnessed firsthand the power that grassroots fundraising has and why it's so important that we empower Democrats across the country to build their grassroots strength.
In a year where down-ballot success was hard to come by, our grassroots fundraising was the difference-maker for our campaign and was in part what led Senator Sherman to a 4.68% re-election margin, making him the only Democratic Senate candidate to hang on to a flipped 2018 seat.
I want to join the team at ActBlue to empower candidates, committees, and other organizations to build their grassroots donor networks and enable their success -- whether it's winning elections or building winning coalitions for the future.
To show the folks at ActBlue why I would make a great addition to their team, can I count on you to help make a donation to Democrats up and down the ticket? Your contribution will be split evenly amongst the candidates I have worked for in the past, as well as the DLCC's End GOP Gerrymandering project, and will ensure these candidates have the fuel they need to win.
