If the right-wing Supreme Court rules that state lawmakers can overturn voters’ choice in presidential elections, 2024 could very well come down to the six swing states that are trending blue in presidential elections but ruled by Republican state legislatures. Real-talk: It could come down to Arizona.
In 2020, Arizona Republicans kept control of the state legislature with 3,546 votes. In 2022, we believe that there are six races that could decide control. Each of these races is highly competitive and your dollars could very well mean the difference between a win or loss.
