14th Annual Crystal Ball

You are cordially invited to attend the 14th Annual Crystal Ball.  The event will take place on Friday, September 29, 2017 at The Atrium at Rich's located at 1 Robert Rich Way Buffalo, NY 14213


The Cocktail Reception will begin at 6:30 pm and Dinner will be served at 7:30pm.

Sponsorship levels are as follows:

Crystal Sponsor ($4,400): includes premium seating of 2 tables  (10 people/per table), company recognition during the formal program, company name/logo included on any signage at the ball, and four (4) complimentary tickets to the VIP Reception prior to the event.

Ambassador Sponsor ($2,500): includes premium seating of 1 tables  (10 people), company name/logo included on any signage at the ball, and two (2) complimentary tickets to the VIP Reception prior to the event.

Table of 10 ($2,000)

Patron Ticket ($275):  includes entry to the VIP Reception

Individual Ticket ($200.00)

Partial proceeds will be given to the Community Health Center of Buffalo Mobile Medical Unit
