CS Read for Fairfax Mayor

I'm running for Mayor of Fairfax City with the goal of bringing more voices into the public square. With only six square miles to work with, the decisions we make today about housing, transportation, schools, parks & green spaces, and our relationship with George Mason University, will have an impact decades into the future.

I moved into the first dorms ever built on the campus of Mason in October 1981. I had work study jobs my entire time there and graduated with a BA in Government & Politics in January of 1984.

I've lived inside the Fairfax City limits since 2000. My three children attended Fairfax City Schools and graduated from FHS. I've lived in Old Lee Hills, at Providence Square, and Fairchester Woods (twice.)

We have a changing demographic here in the City and people who chose to make this community their home need to be invited in to help shape its future.
