Throughout my tenure as City Commissioner, my focus has been and will continue to be focusing on advocacy for strengthening our neighborhoods, making policies that improve our city services, affordable housing, and reducing our violent crime. As a fellow citizen in this community, I have personally felt the impact of the surging crime rates, which is why prioritizing public safety is paramount to my re-election campaign.

I am encouraged about the accomplishments in this community and significant progress has been made, however, it is imperative that we avoid becoming complacent or comfortable as there is much more to be accomplished. I will continue working to secure additional funding to stimulate all areas of this community especially those historically neglected neighborhoods within our community.
